Yeah, I think he'd be more baffled than anything and then just take it in stride; he's no stranger to memories being fucked with and if it's not causing anyone harm, I don't know that he'd make a huge deal of it, 'cause he figures it'll get fixed on its own. Island madness and all that. Unless Bones was going around screaming I AM AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A WOMAN!!! at the top of his lungs, he'd just say, "That's news to me, you were a dude the last time we met," and move on. XD
