It's a reflex at this point, telling people I'm fine. Maybe we have something in common there, but I don't dwell on it for long. I just take up the tube of neosporin and start dabbing it over my own scrapes. I don't really care about adding more scars to my collection, but the tube's already out. Might as well use it.
